- All applicants must have a valid means of identification such as a National Identification Card, a valid driver’s license, an International passport, or a Voters card.

– If it’s an online portal www.nhis.gov.ng, register on the official site and fill in your details accurately.
– If it’s a postal application, as in some earlier cycles, send your application letter, a detailed CV, and photocopies of your certificates. Write the application or state code clearly on the envelope.
– Address it exactly as the advert states. Past adverts used the Executive Secretary/CEO at the corporate headquarters in Utako District, Abuja.
– Keep proof of submission.
